Implement the IAS Change program

By identifying the needs of the people through our employee engagement tools, we can then collect the relevant data which can be analysed with the senior teams within your business. Once we have began to accept the results whatever they may be, we can begin to implement the right solutions. Often this means training managers in aspects of wellbeing which they lack understanding such as;

These training courses are ran over the course of 1 day and then for every 3 weeks following the training, we do a mentoring session with the individuals who took part so that we can see how their newfound knowledge has impacted their working environment. This ensures a longer term result as we cant expect a 1 or two day educational course to have an impact lasting even a few months never mind years. Cultural change programs take time but last forever if done correctly.
